The appointments, according to a statement issued on Monday by the governor’s Special Adviser on Media, Dr Sulaimon Olanrewaju, were announced in letters signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Musibau Babatunde.

The statement said, “Akinwole, a grassroots politician, previously served as the state Chairman of Local Government Service Commission, while Mrs Adedayo, who currently serves as Special Adviser on General Intervention and Donor Agencies, will combine her existing role with her new responsibilities.

“The appointments take immediate effect. Governor Makinde congratulated the appointees and urged them to carry out their duties with loyalty, commitment, and dedication to the service of Oyo State.”
